Do I need to be home during the cleaning?+
Not at all. Many of our clients provide entry instructions and go about their day. We will confirm everything before your appointment.
What is included in a standard clean?+
We refresh kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms with dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface care, and tidying.
Can I request the same crew each time?+
Yes. We do our best to keep your visits consistent so your crew can learn your preferences and your home.
Do you bring your own supplies?+
Yes. Our crews arrive with the products and tools needed for your service. If you have a preferred product or sensitivity, just let us know.
What happens if I need to reschedule?+
Send us a message as soon as you can and we will help find a new time. We keep communication simple and flexible.
Is my satisfaction guaranteed?+
Absolutely. If something does not feel right, let us know within 24 hours and we will make it right.
